The work. An economist by training and a president by vocation. Before politics he taught, wrote on monetary theory and growth, and argued on television. In office he cut the Argentine state, ended the peso's chronic money-printing, and brought monthly inflation from double digits to low single digits.
The case for. None the committee would recognize. He is on this board because Polymarket listed him on October 6 and nearly $3,400 traded on the idea in a day, more than on Richard Blundell.
The case against. The prize has never gone to a sitting head of state, and his academic record would not survive a Clarivate screen. Three cents is the market agreeing.
The KmikeyM angle. Milei runs a country the way KmikeyM runs a person: on a public thesis, with a loud audience and a real-time scorecard. One of them has a prediction market in his name. The other is Milei.
